G2E Audit Tracker
WORKSPACE RULES

Terms and Acceptable Use

Version 2026-10-22. Applies to G2E Audit Tracker, provided by G2 Equipment (Pty) Ltd.

Your account and audit work

G2E Audit Tracker supports workplace inspections, findings, evidence and corrective actions for adult users. Keep your sign-in details private. Use your own account and provide accurate account information. Audit access follows approval and assigned roles. Company and site names do not grant access.

Do not share your account, password or passkeys. Each person must register separately and join through Company workspace or the Audit team invitation process. Findings and approvals must be attributed to the person doing the work.

Each account may have up to two approved browser profiles or app installations. Sign in with your own password or passkey to approve a new device. Replace an old approved device when both slots are used, and revoke devices you no longer control. Use email password recovery if you lose access.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records, professional decisions and site safety procedures. An app status or completed checklist does not certify equipment safety or replace required inspection, supervision or emergency procedures.

Content you add or share

Only upload records, photos and personal information you are authorised to use and share with the audit team. Respect privacy, confidentiality and intellectual property. Include only information relevant to the audit. You retain your rights in your content and authorise G2E and its service providers to store, process and display it for the service, security, support and handling reports of abuse.

Shared audits are workspaces for approved participants. Do not add content for public distribution or grant access to people who should not see it.

Prohibited content and conduct

Reporting and moderation

Use Report content or user beside the relevant content or team member. Open Safety & reports to submit a report or view its status. Explain the concern and select the relevant record. Do not add unrelated personal information. Reporting requires an internet connection. If you are unable to sign in, contact info@g2e.co.za.

Reports go to authorised G2E moderators. Review includes the report, relevant record copies and reported photos. Reports are not a public discussion and do not grant the reporter access to other audits. G2E reviews reports and takes action according to the concern, available evidence and these rules. Actions include restricting a reported audit or suspending an account. We also reject reports when the evidence does not support action.

Report submissions are visible to the reporting account and authorised G2E moderators. To request review of a moderation decision, email info@g2e.co.za with the report reference or affected account and the reason for your request. Do not use this reporting feature for emergencies.

Privacy, deletion and changes

Our Privacy Notice explains account information, report records, hosting and retention. Review account deletion or audit data deletion before removing records. Export files and offline copies on other devices need separate removal.

Acceptance is recorded against your account and this version. A revised version requires a new agreement before adding or changing audit content. If you do not agree, stop using the workspace. Profile, privacy, account deletion and sign-out remain available.
